Like having a coach in your pocket...

I recently completed The Master Cleanse for the first time and it left me wondering why I never did it before! I feel great! And having this app made it so much easier to follow. It was like having a coach at your fingertips. It incorporates all the knowledge from the original book plus Peter Glickmans follow-up book. Great way to track your progress on the go and to answer any questions you might have as they arise. Looking forward to doing the cleanse again and having this app to guide me through it again. This is one app that will stay on my phone forever!
