Master Cleanse Coach app good for
I found this application very motivating during my cleanse. My favorite part is the journalling section, where I can track all aspects of the cleanse, including my own personal thoughts of how I was feeling that day. The weight graph is the best part for me. It shows a visual of your progress ... the down, down, down line is very motivating!!! Also, when someone asks me about the cleanse, I can show them info right from the app, rather than try and explain it to them. The pictures and graphs speak for themselves. Aside from the journalling, the information sections are chock full of great information, providing quick answeres to many questions, and a general recap of the cleanse. In my opinion, this app rocks!!! Thank you for this app!!!

Its a fantabulous application! Exactly what I needed right now (Ive just started the Master Cleanse)! It has a nice design and is very easy to use. It provides you with all the information you need. And you always have it on hand! I find it very motivating as well. Its also great that you can keep track of your results. Love it! Peter Glickmans Master Cleanse Coach app is not only a wonderful companion to your cleanse, but a practical one at that. My favorite part is the Journal where you can customize your intake as you go during the cleanse. Its a lot more convenient than, say, keeping a pen and paper log. Also, when times get discouraging and tough, one needs only open the app, read Peter Glickmans leading support and knowledge in Stanley Burroughs breakthrough detox to remember why he/she is doing the cleanse. I personally skim through it when I have a few minutes throughout my day to keep on track. Again, its very convenient to have in the palm of your hands. It is also organized by 4 tabs, which are very easy to comprehend. There is also an MC Community to gain support from others, as well as a "Books and Supplies" link if one needs more. The "Getting Started" section breaks down the cleanse in easy to understand sections and Peter was brilliant enough to include sections such as FAQs, "Shopping List", "What to Expect", and Getting On and Off the Cleanse. Anyone whos done the cleanse knows there are those hump withdrawal days, and this app helps you get through it. For those new on the cleanse, this app is even moreso a friendly companion. Finally, the colors and graphics are lovely and relevant yellow, very motivating and vibrant to the eye. Great app if youre on the cleanse. Easy to use and tons of useful information available. I found the FAQ section and Journal the most helpful. With the Journal you can input all your daily info: # of drinks, teas, swf, weight, body measurements, happiness and energy levels. Here are a few suggestions to make it more user friendly:
- include graphs for all measurements (including daily drinks)
- larger area for imputing comments
- arrow bar (instead of slide bar) for increasing numbers input
Other then that, the app was great and well worth the 1.99. Just completed my first cleanse and will definitely use for all of my future cleanses.
Some bad moments
The app once downloaded is not what it describes compleat waist of money. Youll spend reuse your money cause youll have to buy a second app. Everything on this app can be found easily on the web for free.
Everything in this app can be found online for free. The only difference is the journaling, which is just so basic. This app needs to be revamped badly.
I must say Im not to pleased. For five dollars, this should be way more robust. The journal part is so small! I dont feel as though I can pour my emotions into it. And you feel a lot of emotions during this cleanse!
Also the link to the website is slow and it doesnt hold your place when reading the forums. So if you want to do something else on your phone and then go back to the app, it resets to the start again.
For five times the cost of a usual app, I was real disappointed.
this app erased my data- so i had no clue where i was at by day 4.
Furthermore, thinking buying the ap would gain me more information - i was proven wrong- i still had to buy more website subscriptions. bologna of an ap
Wow, I should have listened to all the bad reviews this has. This app is useless to me. Maybe I expected too much?? It is not very clear as to what you get. All of the information in this app is available online!! Waste of money!
On the 7th day of cleanse I lost half the info I had recorded. I feel I should be refunded. I am not distraught but thats pretty poor to lose info which is an important part of App to many. It needs fixing or this app is down the tubes!
