Great App-Just what I needed

This app has been really helpful in guiding me through the Master Cleanse. I love being able to track my weight and look at the graph to see my progress and the answers to most of your questions are at your fingertips. I really like the book "Lose Weight, Have More Energy and Be Happier in 10 Days" because it gets in to the nitty gritty of the cleanse and why to cleanse, etc, but the app gets you right to the actual cleanse which is what I was looking for. The book and the cleanse is an awesome combination.
